Our heart is for each child to come to know and love Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. We pray they experience the power and heartfelt move of the Holy Spirit in their own life, and share the love of Christ with others. We are passionate about teaching children to truly worship and follow Christ with all they are, to lay everything down at the foot of the cross, to listen for the Lord’s leading, and follow Him no matter the cost. It is our prayer that every child will move onto youth with a strong biblical foundation, that they will know who God is, who we are purposed to be, and how each of us can serve the Lord and others. We pray that every child who comes through our doors will experience the powerful, life changing truth and love of Jesus Christ in such a way that they are changed forever.
What to expect
When you arrive at church, look for our helpful chalkboard signs. They will guide you to our classrooms where you will be greeted by one of our incredible leaders. In the event we need to contact you during the service, we will text the phone number you provided at check-in or send a volunteer to locate you in service. We offer classrooms for Pre-K and Elementary school aged children.
A typical children’s service includes prayer time, memory verse activities, and a Bible lesson with games and skits. Children start service in their individual classrooms and come together at the end of service for a time of worship in our Kids Worship Center where you will pick them up.
VRL’s River of Life Kids services are an enjoyable and fruitful time of learning, tailored for each child’s personal spiritual growth.
Geno & Tracy:

Children start in their individual classrooms and come together for a time of worship in our Kids Worship Center.

Geno & Tracy Allen are our children’s pastors at Valley River Life. They have served as VRL’s River of Life Kid’s Pastors since 2021. They bring with them over 20 years of experience in children, youth, and worship ministry.
